Am I Compliant is an information and data preparation service and does not provide legal advice. The screening compares individuals and companies against publicly available sanctions and PEP lists and documents this research process. The results are research findings and do not constitute a legal determination of compliance status. Legal assessment and decisions in individual cases are the user’s responsibility. In cases of doubt, expert advice should be sought.
What liability applies to content?
