Am I Compliant is an information and data processing service for sanctions and PEP screening. We check people and companies against 20 official, continuously updated lists from 18 jurisdictions and provide traceable documentation as an audit-proof PDF. Processing is GDPR compliant. We do not provide legal advice.
What is our mission?
Am I Compliant enables small and medium-sized businesses to complete sanctions and PEP screening in seconds, without an IT project or an annual contract with a large provider. We prepare official sanctions, PEP, crime, regulatory and maritime risk lists and document every check in a traceable way.
How do we work?
Our data covers 20 official, continuously updated lists from 18 jurisdictions, including the EU, UN, OFAC, UK and Switzerland. Every check generates an audit-proof PDF with a timestamp, screened subject, lists checked and result, traceable through a verification URL.
Who is behind Am I Compliant?
Am I Compliant is developed by Automaxity GmbH in Albstadt. Its managing directors are Alexander Herfort and Michael Sparakowski. Together, they bring over 40 years of experience from the very environment where these checks take place every day: enterprise software and business processes in small and medium-sized businesses.

Around 20 years in SAP consulting and business process optimisation as an in-house consultant, project manager and head of consulting, including international ERP rollouts across several countries. Also a university lecturer for over ten years in ERP systems, information management, digitalisation and business process management.
Michael Sparakowski
Managing Director · Marketing and digitalisation
Responsible for marketing and demand generation for over 25 years, including more than ten years in SAP consulting with a focus on transformation and digitalisation.
